I’m very thankful to even be considered to be a student in this course. I think you should invest your time, money, and resources into me because I’m a great student, academically, I’m a great friend, and I hope to be a great leader. I think this course will help bring out my leadership skills and qualities so that I may be able to use them in everyday situations. I hope to be a part of this program all throughout my high school career. I’ve gone to two other schools prior to Clarke Road. I went to London Christian Elementary School from JK to Grade 4 and then I attended Tweedsmuir Public School, from Grade 5 to Grade 8. I’ll make friends with a few people and I’ll help anybody who needs help. I’m also open to learning I enjoy learning about new things. I enjoy hearing peoples ideas because everybody thinks and processes things differently and I like hearing how others think. I want everybody to be and feel safe, so I think I can help make the class a safe, judgement free, kind place for people to be. I will listen to others if they are talking to me, I will provide advice I think will benefit them if needed. I will help anybody and everybody in any way possible, even if it's just explaining an exercise we are doing, being a partner with somebody who doesn’t have a partner, or reading over somebodies work. The first thing I’d like people to think about me is how nice or amiable I look. I’d like people to see me as a fun, loving, caring, courteous, reliable, and approachable person. I think people do see me this way because I’m always having fun and enjoying myself. I’m always smiling or laughing and just plain enjoying life and I’d like people to join me and laugh and smile with me. I’m scarcely late to class and when I am I have good reason to be. If I do miss class I catch up on notes, talk to the teachers and my peers, so I can understand all the material I missed so I can continue to do well in
