Currently I am working on growing Real Star’s numbers and presence on social media. I feel that focusing on one specific thing at a time is key to getting the best results. The numbers are slowly growing and we are starting to get more and more interest, however we still need to work on our response rate to clients, which is important in terms of brand perception and customer service. Being able to acknowledge what we are doing well and what still needs work, is something I feel I have been able to improve since working at Real Star, furthermore, I think that this is an important trait to have in any professional job, as it allows for further improvement.

These are experiences that are not available to everyone and have given me that slight advantage above others and helped me come across as more of a professional in many conversations. Furthermore, I think my professionalism has improved in regards to time management. Within my role, I am often working autonomously and this involves keeping track of tasks, ensuring that I get them done and am not wasting time.
Other ways I think I have developed as a professional would be through my customer service and relationships building skills with clients. Since working at Real Star Realty, I have become more confident when speaking to others, have better grammar and writing skills from emailing clients and am more capable of pleasing them due to my increase in knowledge of the sector. This co-operative experience has also enabled me to learn more about the programs and tools available for me to use in terms of marketing such as Mail Chimp, Campaign Track, and Palace. Having a greater knowledge on these, will be beneficial for the future as it may be the thing that puts me in front of others when going for a job or it may assist me in accomplishing a job I already
