Abortion is a process of deliberately terminating unwanted pregnancy. This has been a very controversial topic all over the world, but no matter how much this topic has been argued abortion will always be considered murder to me. I believe there is no justification to committing intentional murder. Babies are a gift from God and should be cherished no matter the circumstance a woman might find herself. There are cases where people feel it is right to commit abortion, such as when a woman gets rape or incest. I still don’t believe it is a wise choice to have an abortion because one may never know what the child will become in the future; the child may be a blessing in disguise. Depriving an innocent baby out of his/her true life, I would say is one of the most excruciating and most regretful feelings that anyone would ever experience in life. I am talking through experience from a friend of mine who went through abortion; she told me she did not really want to have an abortion but due to her present condition. Her parents are in Africa, she lives with her Uncle and her boyfriend is very abusive and clams he is not the owner of the child. She went further saying and that she would not like to bring her baby in to this world to suffer, especially if she does not get any kind of support. If her Uncle finds out that she is pregnant, there is a possibility that she will be getting kicked out of the house. I did not really know what to tell her due to her predicament. But she proceeded to get the abortion done, after two weeks her Uncle called to let me know she died on the process. My heart dropped, I could not believe it. I cried for days because if I had known better I would I strongly advise her not to take that path instead we could have come up with alternatives on what to do instead.
