These methods will prevent human deaths and will make for new learning curves in the advancing field of science medicine. A 2011 poll of nearly 1,000 biomedical scientists conducted by the science journal Nature found that more than 90% "agreed that the use of animals in research is essential." Testing on these animals has also been dramatically reduced by the use of computer modulations and testing through high tech programming, but can we trust this new route? Many say that if we can do it all on computers, that testing on animals should become permanently banned, but how safe is that alternative when it comes time to using these methods on humans? To most, not at all, computer models can only be reliable if accurate information gleaned from animal research is used to build the models in the first place. Therefore, even the most powerful supercomputers are unable to accurately simulate the workings of complex organs such as the brain. Computer testing relies on accurate information from animal testing, so how can you rule out animal testing entirely? There are other alternative tests like EpiDerm, but these tests still require animal testing to be accurate, without animal testing you would be unable to create safe products and treatments, possibly harming
