The percent of women would rather breastfeed was about 80%of women would rather breastfeed their babies and some women feel like if they breastfeed their baby they would have a better bond with their babies. About 15% of the U.S. mother would rather breastfeed their baby and have a guidelines with their partner that they will breastfeed up to 3 to 6 months with their babies. The latest of the CDC report show that in 2010 about 49% of mother were still breastfeeding their child and they were about six months old and 27% were still doing so when their kids were about 1-year old they had stopped 2012. Also the percentage of moms breastfeed their babies in the United States about 68% of the women who breastfed longer than one year returned to employment before their infant was 1 year old.

The benefits to mother of breastfeeding v.s bottle feeding are some mother give up on breastfeeding because they have a difficult time learning to nurse their babies.
