Marijuana also known as cannabis is intended to be used as a physiatric medicine. It can be used by smoking, and vaporization. Marijuana can also be put in foods or as an extract. There are two types of legalization of marijuana which are recreational and medical. Recreational use is more of an everyone type of legalization while medical requires a doctor's prescription to allow the possession of marijuana. Personally I would vote to have marijuana legalized for a set amount of reasons, I believe it can help people and that some people may not want to have other medicines. There are very few states which allow the recreational use of marijuana, which are Washington, Oregon, Nevada, California, Alaska, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Maine. Medical legalization in states is more common these states include Montana, North Dakota, Arizona, New Mexico, Arkansas, Louisiana, Florida, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode island, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Hawaii. Other benefits from legalizing recreational use of marijuana is it would be easier for patients who have struggled with the permissible doctor's prescription they have had troubled receiving.
