One of the most controversial issues across the states in the America these days is people using wireless devices while they are driving on the road. As a matter of fact, cellphone is taking an essential part in people’s daily life throughout the world, moreover, it is very common to see many people are distracted from driving toward at intersection when stop light turns green. Many drivers engage in texting and surfing on their mobile device without considering about the potential of adverse effects on the road which not only harm themselves but for other innocent people. There is a make-belief which most people use for their excuse of using wireless communication device while driving is that people are living in “too-busy” life and thus, it is possible for them to send some messages without affecting their driving ability. However, according to “Status summary: Using wireless communication devices while driving” of Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration on May 2002, there was an experimental data proving the fact that manipulating cellular device on the road affects to safety driving behavior, no matter using hand-held or hands-free communication devices. Furthermore, the research also indicated that it is more potential of causing adverse effect of driving when drivers have difficult conversation or any prolonged using mobile phone during vehicle operation’s time. It is also worth to mention that drivers who using mobile device while driving are paying attention to the road less than 400 times than usual. It lead to increase the possibility of causing an accident by 23% which also mean that about every three seconds, there is an accident caused by using mobile device. For instance, there was 955 fatalities and 240,000 accidents caused by the drivers using mobile device while driving in 2002. Averagely, there has been 1.6 million vehicular accidents
