I mean do you REALLY know what your diet is doing to you?
In today’s world we associate health with outward appearances…
Is the true marker of optimum health simply having slim thighs, toned arms and flat abs?
Is your fat loss diet ALL about weighing less or looking great in that new dress?
Or is it actually serving you BEYOND just cosmetic purposes?
Does a healthy diet only revolve around how many calories, carbs, fat and protein you consume?
Is your bodyweight the sole indicator of your overall health?
Consider how many people struggle with being overweight, out of shape and unhealthy despite embarking on the endless

Yet, in reality losing weight and keeping it off is the by-product of getting healthy in the first place
Isn’t it time we open our eyes to the realization that outward appearances are not the automatic indicators of health?
To realize that while a lean, toned body is attractive and desirable and something we all strive for what is equally important is the way in which we go about achieving that outcome
in the simplest sense, a ‘diet‘ is the food we put in our bodies…
..to provide strength, energy and vitality as we become leaner and function our best…
…not only to look healthier on the outside to BE healthier…
…not to struggle with feelings of guilt, shame and diminishing energy levels that often lead to ‘punishment’ involving deprivation and an unhealthy relationship with food where we feel like the first 3 letters of the word ‘DIET’…
…not to permit ourselves to eat a C.R.A.P. diet (Completely, Refined, Artificial and/or Processed) all the time yet to allow ourselves to experience the enjoyment at
