He dropped out of high school to play on some local radio stations and then move to New York to perform in his trio. Johnny Cash’s sound was formed from his influences with Gospel, Blues, Country, and Rock. Johnny Cash was a hard worker when he was growing up, and so I would expect him to work hard with his music career. Johnny Cash was influenced musically by his mother who sang hymns, and folk songs.
Bruce Springsteen was born on September 23rd 1949 in Long Branch, New Jersey to his parents of Doug and Adele Springsteen. Springsteen was raised in Freehold Borough. The Springsteen’s were part of the working class, his dad was in and out of several jobs including a busdriver, millworker and prison guard and Adele was a secretary at an insurance office. Bruce and his father had a complicated relationship growing up because Doug did not support Bruce’s music endeavours. He talked about this in his autobiographical novel, saying, "He loved me, but couldn't stand me".

I first listened to Johnny Cash on a couple hour drive back from my Aunt and Uncles lake cabin, not really knowing who it was, listening to “Ring of Fire”, and “One Piece at a Time” on the car radio when I was around 7 are my earliest memories. Johnny had a rich voice that is iconic to anyone who knows him, he has hundreds of songs that are all great, even if a few i don't care for. Everyone has dealt with tradition one time or another in their life. Tradition is a crucial part of human existence. Tradition keeps the future flowing while keeping the past in mind. “The Carnival” and “The Lottery” are two short stories that exemplify the importance of tradition. To clarify, “The Carnival” is about a character named Jerry who gets the chance to go to a carnival which the rides are used to assassinate people to decrease population.

Ludwig van Beethoven was born in 1770 in Bonn, Germany. Both his grandfather and father were musicians, so it provided Beethoven with a nice musical background. Unfortunately, his father forced him into doing music lessons and was very tough on him. Although of his father’s behavior, surprisingly Beethoven embraced music. Like Mozart, Beethoven was considered a child prodigy.

He was born to Leopold and and Maria Pertl Mozart on January 27, 1756, in Salzburg, Austria. Mozart was the only solesurviving son of this couple but they did manage to have a daughter named Maria Ann. At 7 years old Leopold began to teach his daughter how to play piano and Mozart payed attention and began to copy the way she played even though he was only 3 years old!
