With many past slanderous claims made against marijuana ultimately leading to the legalization in 1937, the true is slowly starting to resurface. However these truths are under heavy judgment due to many people sticking to their past beliefs of the drug. With the legalization of marijuana would allow dispensaries to open up that are seen as legitimate businesses. These dispensaries would cause a couple things to happen. People would always have a safe place to purchase marijuana for their own personal use. They would also know what they are buying, people currently obtain marijuana for their own use by the means of buying from dealers. This can be very dangerous for a number of reasons.
