Policy Comparison:

After researching a variety of companies privacy policies, it bring to my attention that there are a few concerns that I believe that should be addressed to resolve this ethical dilemma. Many businesses privacy policy describe in detail about how they use a person’s privacy as research to try to improve their services that their clients use. In fact, Google privacy policy describes how the business collects information about how a user uses it services like what kind of video they are watching on YouTube. The information that google gathers when a user is accessing there service like YouTube can be there location, search queries, and device event information. In addition, this policy will be designed to be created as a balance to protect the user’s privacy while the business will be able to collect certain personal information if the user gives them permission. Businesses will be able to offer veracity to their clients or even users who access their website for the first time by requesting what information that they can collect from the user. The user will be able to authorize what privacy information the business can collect or they can decline the website from collecting any of their privacy information. It is important that businesses understand that many consumers are even more concerned for their privacy and this policy should act as a solution for the user to exercise their …show more content…

In addition, with my team pursing to promote this policy we also like to help users by educating them on how to keep their privacy secure when they are on the web. It is important that we educate this policy to our stakeholders to help them deliver a safer web experience without users giving away their privacy. In fact, we also want to work with businesses to help them understand why users are concern about their privacy and to help them respect their privacy just like they do for their own employees. It is important that we collaborate with businesses to understand how we can protect a user’s privacy when they are accessing there website. In addition, for our stakeholders we want them to understand that this policy should be able to provide a balance between the user and the businesses website to have a positive experience without the invasion of businesses collecting a user’s privacy.

In fact, our team will take responsibility for the actions and decisions when the policy is implemented. We will include reporting lines to make sure that the policy is able to improve a user’s privacy protection by helping business respect the users privacy when they are accessing there website. We want to ensure that our policy is able to reach high standards and it is used as a guideline for many of our stakeholders that are impacted by this
