With the advancement of technology, many law enforcement agencies are beginning to realize the benefits of using a drone to fight crime. Aerial vehicles give agencies the ability to get to places where it would be costly or dangerous for police officers to go. Drones allow law enforcement personnel to achieve vision of restricted areas through a conventional security camera, to follow any suspect without limitations, and to have GPS tracking. Biometric devices are massive weapons used to fight the war on terrorism as it is used in airports and government agencies around the world. This form of technology increases security for facilities as the need for key cards, identification badges, and keys are eliminated. Biometric devices can detect criminals and enemy combatants and even identify allies. This technology offers greater effectiveness in comparison with previous identification techniques. Biometric technology uses information that can be difficult to fraudulently forge. Although there are a few disadvantages in using biometric technology. There is high concern over the cost and fragility of some biometric devices. Weather can interfere with the use of some devices. For example, the rainy or desert areas. Organizations must make time to teach their entire staff how to properly use the biometric equipment. Biometric technology doesn’t always pick up a person’s data during a scan.
