There are many different reasons why i'm upon asking to be staff. Lets start with the characteristics I possess: Helpful > When it comes to taking time to help new players to our server I tend do it often. Being helpful is one of the characteristics that I adore. I also show leadership in real life with being a role-model and intelligent person. In school I show helpfulness to my teacher's and friends. Whatever the task comes to with helping, I have experience on Minecraft and can solve any issue that's contemporary. I often take my time into helping out new players and informing them what to-do and the rules of our server. You can rely on me to succeed at my task because I'm a devoted and committed person that will try and till' I get it right. I can make a difference in the staff team with being respectful at all time, having knowledge, and a hard working persona. Kindness > I am also very kind to all of our players. When i'm on the server I make new friends frequently and say really nice things that'll make their day. I have plenty of memories on this of helping people and being really kind to everyone. There were also some people that was very rude to me, but I ignored them and treated them kindness anyway. If someone keeps breaking the rules I will tell them to "Please stop misusing (-- removed HTML --) " and if they don't stop I'll give them a warning, and if they keep being outrageous and rude i'll put them on temporary mute. Good Role-Model > In real life i'm a role model for my sister and little cousins. With being that role-model I have to set good intentions & choices that can make a positive difference. As this is anther reason I came to apply for staff/helper because with being staff you have to set a good reputation on yourself and on MCcities.
