Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) are indeed transforming the teaching and learning process in education sectors all over the world. Knowledge is increasing day by day; technology is changing the way people of all ages learn. This is an era of media culture which is notable in the way people are using the available digital technological tools for everything. The impact of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) on communication, learning and living cannot be overemphasized. The role of technology in teaching and learning is speedily becoming one of the most important and widely discussed issues in the 21st century education strategy. This is notable as people engage in the use of information technologies day in day out and which is having influences on their mental processes. ICT is no longer a matter of choice it is a necessity in today’s world which is driven by technology and knowledge. Theological education is not left behind in the transformation that has evolved in the engagement of availability of technological tools for teaching and learning processes.
