Love is so close yet so far. Romeo and Juliet and Pyramus and Thisbe have a lot of similarities and differences about the true story of the two lovers that where separated because there families but the love for each other always stayed strong for one another. Despite having two short story lines that are somewhat different, Romeo and Juliet and Pyramus and Thisbe both have forbidden love. The prologue states in Romeo and Juliet says, "Apair of star-crossed lovers take their life," (2-5) and The prologue of Pyramus and Thisbe states, "The death of too young lovers was the cause." 1-2. The syllables are a syllable. Both Romeo and Pyramus both think that their lovers have died, but they convey it in a different way.
