Romantic love is a deep thing to comprehend. Romeo and Juliet's love is romantic but deadly thing to have. This play demonstrates how much one person can change a life. According to Shakespeare, we don't fully grasp the concept of love. In Shakespeare Romeo and Juliet, two star crossed lovers fall for each other. Despite their families feuding they fall in love and because of this love they kill themselves.
When Romeo and Juliet meet each other, it shows just how fast romantic love can come over someone. For instance, how fast their love is formed is stated in "If I profane with my unworthiest hand this holy shrine, the gentle sin is this: My lips, two blushing pilgrims, ready stand to smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss." Shakespeare pg 57. This quote shows just how easy Romeo fell in love with Juliet. Just how quick he wanted to have a kiss with her. How quick his heart and flesh created a need for her. That is what romantic love does, is create an immediate need for that one person. Romeo and Juliet's fate began when they first met each other.
