Ronald Reagan once said “The greatest leader is not necessarily the one who does the greatest things. He is the one that gets the people to do the greatest things." There’s a misconception about what does a leader mean. When ask about favorite leader, many people immediately think about political leader. A leader doesn’t have to be political, it can be simple as someone who you look up to as a role model, who have succeeded in life and certain people are working or worked under him. The purpose of a leader is to help group of people achieve a common goal. A leader doesn’t have to necessarily know everything but he has power to help the team and followers forward, or ability to lead other people to the right path. To be a great leader its takes couple of qualities. You should be open minded, secondly you must be honest to your team and the third you should approach to others and treat them all equally. Being a leader is not an easy job. Qualities such as being open minded takes a lot of effort. Open mindedness in leadership means that you accept the challenges, listen to new ideas and respect the ideas of the people who present before him and take in consideration before making final decision.
