This scholarship, “Concordia University, Saint Paul Scholarship”, is very important to me even though it only worth a thousand dollars. To some college students, this scholarship might not be important to them because the amount of money that is being presented to them, but to me this scholarship is very important no matter if it’s five hundred, a thousand, or five thousand dollars. There are three things that I can show why I deserve this scholarship: (1) three examples that illustrate what I have committed to my education, (2) needs and how this scholarship can help me, and (3) how my community translate my future commitment to Concordia’s campus or community. I deserve this scholarship and I am going to use it wisely during my time in college.
There are three things that I have committed to my education during my time in high school. One, I’ve joined in programs that were successful to me such as Educational Talent Search (ETS), Future Farmers of America (FFA), Academy of Information Technology (AOIT), and National Honor Society (NHS). Once my family, have migrated to the United States our life are much better since we move to U.S., but there still some things that we still struggle.
