Dear Sir or Madam,
I am applying for the Bachelor of Business (Accounting) programme at the Hawthorn campus of Swinburne University of Technology. I am very interested in beginning a career in business and I am certain that this Bachelor’s programme will help me to fulfil myself in both professional and personal contexts.
I am currently doing my second year studies in this program in Kaplan Business School Australia where I put in a lot of time and effort studying all the subject diligently to ensure that my academic transcript represent myself. My drive has enabled me to achieve many great awards such a being named one of the few high achievers in my current university. This subject includes, Financial Information System, Financial Statistic, Financial Management, Company Accounting and Auditing. As future business personnel, I must be an expert in these subjects. I am convinced that through the assignment and tests conducted; all necessary knowledge and skills will be certainly gained.
The second reason I’m drawn to Swinburne University is the international environment it has. Looking at my future, there’s is no doubt that I will physically have contact with international peoples. At Swinburne University, there are student with diverse background and culture. Therefore I will certainly learn how to communicate with people from different backgrounds to achieve the best working results which I believe will be the next big step in my development.
Finally, this programme will help me to develop myself as a team player and cultivate the leadership skills necessary for my future career. I will learn to be responsible not only for myself, but also for the whole team, which I believe is essential for a business
