I chose San Diego Job corps for my further studies because I came to job corps with my high school and I really liked the fact that it only takes a couple months to get my licensee to become certified nurse assistance instead of two years at a community college. I also asked students that were in this program about the nurse assistance program and they convinced me that Job Corps was a good program for my further studies. Some Skills that would be required in my CNA trade is to be tolerant with the patients. Also to give them all the attention they need regarding their health. I feel like I would be able to help patients because I always try to meet them half way with whatever they need. I would help a lot of Hispanic patients because I would be able to translate to them when they don’t seem to understand the doctor. Do I feel comfortable when it comes to change? Yes I do because I try to adapt myself with anything I’m given or I adapt to any place I’m placed. Because I’m not always going to have everything I want in life so I have to learn to adapt myself to anything I’m given .What’s important to me in a job is that every patient is satisfied at the end of the day. Another important thing in a job is to always follow directions and to do everything that’s been given to do
