Throughout the years of studying abroad, I have put significant efforts in achieving extensive experience and knowledge in communication skills to apply them to my future career. However, after reading the textbook and doing the self-assessment test, it clearly shows that my communication skills have left much to be desired. Even though I possess some strengths, such as emotional stability, good active listening skills, and empathy, I am aware that there are some areas that require substantial improvements. I also find that these attributes can also be my weaknesses, ironically. One of my greatest strengths that I consider essential is emotional stability, reflected by the high score of 15 in “Emotional Stability” from the self-assessment
