Furthermore, semi-structured interviews are useful for obtaining opinions (Clifford, N et al. 2010). This is the main objective of this study; to identify people’s opinions and feelings. Most papers that are in line with this type of research use interviews; because it allows people’s opinions to be explored, rather than a basic yes or no answer which is crucial in this type of study. Also because the study it is qualitative the questions were open ended so that the information gathered is in depth and explorative in nature so that the best possible results were achieve. The information gathered was transcribed and themed in order to identify a theme on the perceptions of the participants. Semi-structured interviews have the capacity to provide insight into how research participants view the world (Bryman, 2012).
