There are various ways in which NCAA would benefit from paying players. Firstly, paying players would make them less prone to taking boosters and sports’ agents’ money. In this case, those student players from poor backgrounds will get a chance to earn some money that will help them boost their families. It will also give the athletes a chance to acquire walking around money, which is accustomed to many of the campus mates. Moreover, athletes will be motivated to play wholeheartedly if they get paid by schools or the NCAA. When student-athletes’ jersey is sold in the school bookstores, they do not get paid. If the athletes did not exist, the universities, colleges, NCAA and even coaches would not acquire or make money. Therefore, all parties should be allowed to flourish, starting with the major participants who are the athletes. Paying them will give them the opportunity to learn and start managing their money. NCCA as well as their executives should help various athletic programs to pay athletes since they cannot afford to pay them on their own. They should do this by figuring out an effective manner to compensate their golden geese. The president of the NCAA, Mark Emmert advocated allowing schools in Division I to pay a $ 2,000 stipend to their athletes in order to cover their college tuition difference in 2011. Unfortunately, some colleges complained that they could not afford the cash to give athletes as type of compensation. Therefore, there was an indefinite suspension when the year ended. Under fair grounds, paying athletes is a sensible thing that should be put in place.
