Summary Skybridge Americas is the company which is providing the third party solution for several newspapers, beauty products and is also a storage and distribution warehouse for some smaller companies. But the customers to whom they are dealing with are mostly the disturbed customers from the products and they were quite disgruntled with the services. This contributes to creating the environment of the company quite stressful. This stress causes the problem of frustration for many of the employees. This also causes that many of the employees were working as a part-time workers. This means it affects the overall performance of the company. Due to the high rate of disgusted customers from the products causing the problem that it creates the stressful environment in the company which causes the problems in the performance of the employees. Due this many of the customers are not satisfied with the services provided by the company. For this problem, there is a need to make a plan which can contribute to improving the current situation. For this several strategies have been made (Affandi, 2013). There is a period of one month is designed for this plan which will increase the performance of the employees and would contribute in bringing up the rate of satisfied customers. This would also contribute to decreasing the stress level in the company and increase the employability of the company in the future.
