The alarm rings, millions of people wake up to get ready for their jobs. Take a shower, eat breakfast, get changed, brush their teeth, and hop in the car ready to take on the challenges of today. But, most people aren’t as ready as they think they are because of lack of sleep. Not getting enough sleep can change your mood and emotion, so you might feel cranky, irritable, or emotionally out of sorts. “Sadly, a third of the people in America don’t get the recommended seven hours of sleep, which is thirty-three percent of the United States” (enough sleep). But, they have solved curtain minor questions, like how does sleep effect our health. But, how can something as large as sleep be interpreted by a moral being? Sleep is an imaginary world with millions upon billions of unwritten stories lie behind closed eyes. The answer is they can’t.
