I stand close by the faction Candor; a faction that values honesty above all. Candor values the truth and honesty, comparable to a rank team: a group of people, friends, or family that compete in pairs of three or five to be the best team in their region or the world, for a game called League of Legends a moba which is highly praised in gaming sports all over the world. We’re clicks all friends having fun supporting each other in hard times. Playing well with each other, we began a rank team. We did poor. During our pathetic performance, two of my friends were known to be toxic; a player which emit hatful messages to teammates for making mistakes in a frenzy of rage. Our rank team fell apart, lacking self-esteem and self-confidence. One of my friends couldn’t handle toxicity directed to him by our other teammates because he was lacking power. Another friend was disgusted by our team cooperation. Our compelling and monitoring leader, the last of my friends just left the rank team. The rules were to play well and have fun. Only after knowing that didn’t last. After a long period of time passed, we realized that we’re friends and friends stick together and have fun. The characteristics of my rank team were just to have fun and laugh from the beginning to the end of every game. The drawbacks were losing friends for a certain period of time over one or many bad games. Benefits were just only having fun, laughing, just all around being happy. If we don’t conform to the team, spews of toxicity and hurtful jokes will be directed towards us. The leaders were chosen by skill and shot calling traits. With eSports: a term which is video game competitions, especially between professionals. I will explain professional gaming I have experienced by researching them on Reddit and Twitch; a live stream website where professional players showcase their skills to the internet. The rules of being a professional gamer are clutched by a contract and play to their best potential. The drawbacks of being in professional gaming group are the payment which mostly comes from sponsors and livestreaming which is heavily dependent on popularity, toxicity that comes from the League of Legends community, and the drama that happened in there gaming group. The benefits are having a community and teammates that care about your well-being, getting paid to play games if you’re popular, and traveling around the world for tournaments. If a member doesn’t conform they get benched either by poor skill or attitude problems. The leaders are chosen by their ability to order the team around telling them what to do or what not to do. Yes, other teams face each other, showing who is the best in there region and the world an example is Team Solo Mid verses Cloud 9, which the two most popular teams in North America.
