Creating goals throughout our company is a vital part of why we have been successful up to this point. Setting goals for social media is no different. Creating an overall plan for initial and on-going social media activities and responsibilities are key to be optimizing the most as possible out of social media.
When we look at Social Media, there are three categories into which nearly all social media related goals can fall: (Cario, 2014)
1. Building/Strengthening the Brand
2. Driving Conversions
3. Increasing/Monitoring the Presence
Starting at this broad level and thinking about the goals we have can help us begin to write up a list of realistic ways in which social media will help us reach these goals.

This agreement will state all rules, regulations, and policies that the employee will adhere to will speaking on behalf of the company on social media.
