Personal success comes in many different forms and one-person ideal of being success might not be the same with another. In a similarly manner some people believed that the epitome of being successful is to earn a lot of money; nevertheless society seems to base the whole concept of success primarily on how much a person earns. However society’s definition has more to do with flash than substance. Also, many so called successful people are very unhappy in their personal life (Owens, J., Entwistle, V. A., Cribb, A., & Watt, I. S. 2017). Furthermore, based on personality type, everybody has their own prospective on some things which make them successful. Also, success is not describing what has been accomplished. Presently, success to me has always been to have a great quality life for me and my family, knowing that what am doing is helping others to live a better, happier, and healthier life. Not only that, but also to look back at life during my last moment on earth and feel that I have do a great number of good things, accomplishments, and legacy without having no regret about the things that I didn’t do. Equally important, creating business that empowers customers, employees, and community in equal measure is success.
