As we go through life we have plenty of opportunities to make mistakes, learn from them, and grow which will ultimately improve ourselves in the long run. Therefore, no matter what kind of criticism is aimed at you, always be sure to find the silver lining; something you can take and grow from. “Receiving criticism especially from a co-worker, peer, or someone you may not fully respect, can be hard to handle but remember, accurate and constructive feedback can even come from flawed sources.
