Teaching Philosophy Statement

It is my firm belief that my students should be exposed to a quality education. As an educator, I will keep in mind that in the field of learning there is always new information on teaching and learning. So, it my job to keep a breath with information and technology that relates to the learning and teaching process. I also believe that as a teacher it is my responsibility for making certain that my students are given a fair opportunity to learn. I will not place myself in the category of teachers that just list my students as unable to learn just because the task of teaching that individual may be too much. I will try my hard with all my students.
In education there must always be standards for both teachers and learners. By setting standards, it can also serve as a guideline to help in evaluating my students’ development. I will constantly evaluate my student to make certain that they are not just grasp concepts taught, but retaining the concept and could demonstrate practically that they understand what is being taught. It is my job to transform my classroom into an environment that is conducive for learning to take place. This …show more content…

Yes, almost in every classroom there are some students that are not exceptional learners or and disruptive in behaviour. It is my duty to devise strategies that can combat these problems that so often threatens the class’s advancement. As a teacher one must understand that learning depends on many their aspects. The way a child learns can be affected by experiences in the home and community alike. So, it is also the teachers’ job to understand each child and behaviours that may be associated with issues that the child is experiencing, which too can hinder the learning
