All departments share a primary objective that meets to an organisation goal, success through aligning and tracking those goals through the implanted actions and results are critical to a progress of team achievements. Mr. Salem needs to efficiently set the objectives and goals for every individual employee and to conclude them closely to the department’s objectives which will increase efficiency of the employees and motivate them towards achieving the department goals.
