The major causes of Romeo and Juliet’s deaths can be traced to sorrow, an emotion that is a reflect of an action that can lead someone to commit a regrettable decision. Romeo and Juliet’s love is like a flower bud in the summer air, that may turn out to be a beautiful flower by the next time they would meet again. Juliet expresses that sorrow by saying “Good night, good night!/ Parting is such sweet sorrow,/ That I shall say goodnight till it be morrow” (2.2.123-124).
