Gun Control is a very big topic that is being spread around right now. With all of the mass shootings that have happened within these past years guns have been highly viewed as a weapon of death and a weapon of mass destruction. Although that it may have the potential to kill animals or humans I do not think that they should be outlawed or illegal.
Many people have different opinions on gun control and that is ok. Guns if you did not know according to the dictionary ¨are a weapon incorporating a metal tube from which bullets, shells, or other missiles are propelled by explosive force, typically making a characteristic loud, sharp noise.¨(Dictionary). In the description of a gun it does not say that it can be used to kill things or harm things and that is very important because if you use them right no one will be harmed or killed. …show more content…

According to the NRA “It is a simple fact that violence relating to firearms in the nations most recent history has been a problematic issue. However, the regulation of gun violence is not only dependent on the regulation of firearms, but of the humans capacity for free will and deviant behavior.” This shows that humans in this world have the power to go out and buy a gun and use it however they want to. After the mass shooting in Florida there has been many walkouts over gun control and most of them want to take guns away and that is just wrong. According to the second amendment you have the right to own a gun for many good reasons. Now people want to take that right away from us. Also what would the army use to defend our country and let us be a free country. If guns really were taken away our country would be very open to attacks and would have no way to
