1. Prewriting
I try to write the topic that is in my thought to see if is interesting to talk about it and I write a lot of questions that will help me with my topics. Also I do some research on the internet about my topic and look for reliable resources. After I write the prewriting I read out load to see if it makes sense and if there is something that I may need to add it or change it. I make sure my introduction has good hook that will drag the audience.
2. Outlining the structure of ideas
After I’m done with my preliminary research then I determine my thesis or main ideas or point that I want to argue in my paper. When I decide on my thesis statement, I will need to identify several supporting points that substantiate my thesis. This supporting points will be my main ideas of my outlining. At the beinging of the paper I write my thesis statement, then below, I organize the supporting points in order that are best supports to my thesis on my papers. Introduction is good to get the attention and interest of your readers, and also you will need to include some background information about the topic and make the perspective and the point of views clear. Therefor you need to combine your thesis statement and draw a roadmap about how your papers are organized. However, body paragraphs hold the supporting information of the thesis and the beginning of each paragraph need to have clear topic sentence that defines about the paragraph. You will need to use transitions words between the paragraphs and phrases, you need to write a complete sentence in order the sentence to support the paragraph.
