Nowadays, everyone knows that the English language is very important for many fields. Especially, in the medical, most of the medical knowledge often uses the English language. Thus, for the second year of the medical program in SWU, medical students need to learn the MDG 202 subject to practice speaking and presentation skills. In the course, it has been focused on developing two these skills, so my three friends and I practice together and develop presentation skills, which I will tell the reflection and feedback from selecting the topic after the presentation. First of all, I chose the closest topic to the lifestyle of medical students who had to read many books and more not enough to rest, so the source of the topic was "Snoring to Death".

AVID is a program not intended for everyone. This program exposes you to a variety of skills and mastery for adolescents desiring to attend college. Avid focuses around organization, teamwork, and for you to critically think. These skills are new to many and are provenly beneficial, however these skills do not favor those that have already had these skills and are show casing their full potential. Therefore, Avid is not for me since it interferes with my academic courses, mastery of avid skills and would not be beneficial for me because I have gained much of the skills and would rather interfer than assist.

As I reflect on the first half of the semester in CTCH 821, I can’t help but find myself seeing things around me with my newfound appreciation for the historical perspective. Data is so much more than numbers. Data not only captures the condition of a specific time, place, and population, but it serves as a historical document that can be used hundreds of years from now. Now, when I hear about any current issue in higher education, I don’t automatically assume that it’s a new issue that policymakers and researchers are scrambling to address. My first behavior change model is social cognitive theory. From the beginning, social cognitive theory was known as social learning theory by Bandura, then it was broadened into social cognitive theory in 1986. Social cognitive theory states that learning occurs when people interact with each other in a society. Social cognitive theory allows us to use the principles of observation to learn things, in other words, everything that we learn is gained through the observations and the interaction with other people. Our thought and believe affect our behaviors.
At some point in our lives, we have learned by observing the behaviors of others. Observation can play a very important role in determining what and how we learn. It can have positive or negative effects on one 's development and behavior, especially in children. This is demonstrated in the social learning theory.
Throughout the semester, we are required to help one day with Math Club for ECE 321 between 3:00-4:30 after school hours to review and practice different math games and resource with students. I attend 4/5 times for Math Club this semester rotating to different stations. The first station involves using computers to play mathematical games. Some of the games include; abcya.com and mathplayground.com. These games work on multiplication, addition and subtraction, geometry, fractions, and decimal problems.
