Leaders believe in and are committed to making quality education available for all learners. Leaders are not selfish. They commit to the good of the school and the school community, no themselves. Ethical principles are in place when making decisions.
Skills

Leaders believe in and are committed to collaborating when it comes to decision making for improvements in learning and teaching. They hold themselves responsible for the decision making process and invite stakeholders into this process. Keeping an opened line of communication is also key in this process.
Skills
Leaders lead the process and engage in activities that involve sharp communication skills, problem solving, and results and decisions are communicated to stakeholders periodically and effectively.
