Since then there are now 73 Tory Burch stores and distribution at 1,000 retailers worldwide. It has been a very fast growing luxury brand. Some of the collection includes handbags, shoes, jewelry, home and beauty, and clothing. I first started shopping at Tory Burch a year ago and ever since it has been my favorite store due to their quality products that reflect my personal style. One of the things that keep me coming back to Tory Burch is what’s called a “Client Book.” It has become Tory’s Burch’s version of Facebook. Tory Burch’s employees do the same with their customers. The Client Book not only reminds store associates to send a personalized note to Tory Burch customers on their birthday, but it also stores sizing information, order history, wish lists, and even has special events that are coming up for that customer that they may have mentioned before. For example: I had a wedding to go to in June and I had mentioned it so thanks to Client Book a Tory Burch associate was able to keep track of when I might be coming in to look for something special to wear. When I arrived they had already picked some suggestions they thought I might like. This is one of the many reasons I will always support Tory Burch. For example: Amusement parks receive the bulk of their revenue during the summer months while children are out of school and able to come. Another great example of seasonality of demand would be the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. The Greenbrier Resort is a place that offers several different things like: spa, golf courses, biking trails, casino, and an outdoor pool. The resort receives huge demand for these activates during the warm months but demand slows down as temperatures drop. I have always enjoyed going to The Greenbrier for any of the activities listed above. From the PGA Tournament to enjoying scenic views on their outdoor trails or even lounging by the pool, I am definitely someone who enjoys what The Greenbrier has to offer. Unfortunately, one of the issues with The Greenbrier has been their inability to draw crowds during the winter months. Despite my love for the resort, I to find myself staying at home during the colder periods. This has been true until recently when the resort has made steps to address their polarized seasonal demand. The resort has added an ice skating rink, Christmas Tree lighting ceremony, and began work on ski slopes, all to better situate themselves for the winter months. By recognizing that most of their activities were seasonal, they have better
