Why Are Tests Important To Me

Through the various assessments and tests that were done, I have learned a lot about myself. Some I already knew and some I just found out. Starting off with values, I never really thought about how my values affected me and which ones I value the most. After doing the test, I have become aware of how I would feel if someone did not honor my values. Moving on with emotional intelligence, I have affirmed that I have above average emotional intelligence. With doing the test, I have also figured out which behavioral habits I need to improve on. In addition, I have realized that my strongest multiple intelligences are logical-mathematical intelligence and bodily-kinesthetic intelligence. All the different tests have its own significance on how it will help me with my future decisions. Staring off, I have a logical-mathematical intelligence which means I can guide my career choices towards fields in math and science. Some careers include a computer programmer or designing buildings and sky-scrapers. I am also a bodily-kinesthetic person which can allow me to develop into a skilled athlete. Moreover, I have a visual learning style. After learning about this, to study for tests or understand information, I will use visual learning displays and even to remember something, I will try to picture it in my head. Further, I have affirmed that my personality colour is orange. So by knowing this, I can guide my career choices towards careers which need energetic, skilful, and troubleshooting employees. Additionally, I am a left brain dominant person and left brain people characteristic include a gift for language, analytical skills, and mathematical concepts such as time and sequence. By figuring this out, in the future I can look for careers somewhere in the field of math or science. Also, throughout my life so far, I have harnessed skills such as numerical, organizing, and self-management. These skills are very essential for careers in the real world, so by having these skills, I can always be on top of the game. With me being an ambivert, I have some qualities of both an introvert and an extrovert meaning I have the best of both worlds. After doing all these tests, I have found many positives about me but at the same time there is one thing that I could improve which could help me in the future.
