I have a desire to be a professional and proficient master of a specific skill-set. I believe that my experience as an Infantryman, my leadership capabilities and my desire to serve the United States makes me an invaluable candidate as DEOMI instructor. I bring experience, knowledge and a professional approach to facilitating instruction to students in all settings, whether in a school house environment or unit based training. 2. I have served the last 15 years in the U.S Army and have held many infantry positions within the United States Special Operations Command (USASOC) and the 75th Ranger Regiment. I served as an Equal Opportunity Advisor (EOA) and Master Resilient Trainer (MRT) within the 75th Ranger Regiment for three years. I made the Equal Opportunity (EO) program a living program that existed in all areas of the unit. The program continued to evolve and was supported from the Regimental commander which trickled down to every level of the unit. My vision was in line with the Army vision of EO, but was much more. I made it my priority to ensure that the 75th ranger Regiment had the best EO program and climate within the United States Special Operations Command (USASOC) which was noted by the USASOC EO SGM on many occasions. I was dedicated to the program and conducted two to three inspection a year to all four Ranger Battalions to include an Initial Command Inspection (ICI) and subsequent Command Inspections.
