I possess excellent networking skills and as I've been at NTU for 10 years, my knowledge and contacts are vast and very well established. I enjoy meeting others and finding ways of collaborating together and creating positive working relationships. I am well respected by colleagues and academics regularly seek my knowledge and advice on procedural issues. I have been asked to work on projects and in teams over the years in my role as I complete tasks efficiently and effectively within a positive team environment. Using a whole team approach, I was one of the staff members who worked to integrate the curriculum and offer pastoral and academic support in an inclusive, supportive and blended-learning environment.
Using my knowledge and experience, I actively participate in weekly course team meetings on planning and developing the courses and work closely with teams when going though professional
