Today medical assistant program has been increase and will expend in the future. There are a lot of men and women different ethnic are interested in working in this field. In order to have the knowledge and skill in this area you need to go to a post-secondary training completing a two-year degree program or a nine-month program at an accredited school. It’s also offer medical assistant program in a community college which would be more less expensive. This would be a great start for people who want to get in to a medical field and experiences into the healthcare. My personal experiences in culture of organization would be going to school for medical assistant program. Medical assistant student is expected to have the ability to do hand on training and be proficient in three different areas: clinical, administrative and laboratory. Its help you look professional, and be able to do the work more efficient and comfortable manner. In the medical assistant school, it’s given us the ability to perform many administrative, clinical, and laboratory. Being in class for 8 hours. each student needs to be on the same page and work together as a team. We have to make sure to commutation with each other and understand medical terminology to best of our ability. It’s would show our cultural environment; we would help each other without judging or mistreat anyone. In terms of change each student with the ability to understand the procedure and become a successful medical assistant in the
