Have you ever had someone special in your life die from cancer? Well, through animal testing there just might be a cure waiting to be discovered. By doing animal testing we find so many cures for tons of diseases almost everyday. It’s helped the human race live and go disease free for a long time. Animal testing has a lot of future benefits like finding a cure/ or treatment for cancer, heart disease, and even diabetes.
As far as diseases go, cancer is one of the most deadliest diseases that you can get. It’s taken the lives of many innocent children, parents and even grandparents. It’s a heartbreaking thing to find out that one of your family members or even friends has cancer. Although, through animal testing we may find a cure or a treatment for it! We find many cures for diseases daily from animal testing and it benefits us in a huge way. Therefore, animal testing should be done.
Doing heart surgeries and transplants are a huge benefit from doing animal testing. By testing the procedures on animals, we have been able to perfect them and in doing so, we can do them successfully on humans without complications. For example, penicillin is made from pigs blood. Even polio can be helped from using monkey and mouse blood. The more we do animal testing, the more medicines we will most likely find and discover. We can now even help control insulin from using fish and dog blood. But, if we don’t do animal testing and we stop it, then we won’t be able to get the medicines we need.
