To conquer a nation, first disarm its citizens. To emphasize everyone is their own person. The citizens are the nation and gun control is something they need to disarm. The United States should adopt better gun control laws. It would make the people feel safer. To summarize the topics I believe the United States should adopt stronger gun control laws and the extent of gun laws can be taken to. Gun control has impacted our lives in many ways.

The most deadliest shooting to be known was in Las Vegas, when 58 people were killed and 500 people were injured. CNN named the this event to be “one of the deadliest single day mass shootings in US history from 1949 to the present” (Gale Group). The Las Vegas shootings was the worst shooting the US has ever experienced and lots of people lost their lives and others are still fighting to get there lives back. Stephon Paddock was the shooter and he was 64 years old and th shooting lasted at least 10-15 minutes. He had no reason at all for shooting into the crowd of music festival goers, he just did it which is why he shouldn’t have been able to get a gun. Him getting a gun he had very bad intentions an he followed them. Guns should not be used to that way, they should be used to keep people safe and protected.
People want to feel safe, and with anyone being able to get a gun that’s not possible. Their needs to be more of an change on the NRA and gun control. Kids should be safe at school and their parents deserve to feel they can drop their kids off and they will be fine. Congress needs to make the people feel safe and should do anything that they can to make sure not just anyone can get a
