Talking about Boeing, it is an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and sells airplanes, rotorcraft, rockets, and satellites worldwide. The board of directors contain 13 people, which is Americans, 100%, and two of them were women, 15.4%. We could help educating the board of director about differences of men and women in the company in order to improve the company’s diversity. By doing so, they would know how it would create negative and positive impact in the company. Moreover, talking about differences in culture would be helpful and would hire people from different kinds of country. Employment prospects are based on your own skills, such as; communication, teamwork, problem solving, planning and organizing, etc. These skills are willing to ensure you to get into a job, and it’s not based on race, ethnicity, gender identity or sexual orientation. However, diversity does matter and can provide positive impacts on the company itself. For instance, with diversity in the company, it creates a company with various cultures, hence it creates ideas that are not limited to just one country. Another thing is that by having a diverse workplace, it would be more appealing to the public. A workplace that only contains white people would probably create a negative reaction from the public as being a racist company that doesn’t want to hire colored people. Although diversity is important, if for instance there is only one colored worker in a place full of white workers, it would not create a suitable environment for the colored worker. When there is one race or ethnicity is overwhelming the other, it would create pressure for the latter one due to the possibility of
