Since childhood, I've never hesitated to be a class leader, not because I wanted to be superior but I believed that I have got the skills to manage people, make them work and be a good team player as well. People around me have always admired my planning skills, be it a class project or conducting a national level College event or even small trips with my friends. During my training at Cognizant, as a team, we've conducted numerous NGO events for the needed with the help of the organization.
