Code 4Life is a non-profit organization who has goals for all its locations. Ranging to The main office, Austin; San Francisco and New York City. All locations need varying needs to simple office space to a modern open space work environment. As for instance, the main office has an Accounting, customer support, and Human resources section, is a simple out of date, at Code4life’s request updates will be made to place it at a modern standard. Austin, on the other hand, needs a complex VDI solution with 90 computers (3 labs of 30), and 2 conference rooms with teleconference support (i.e. adding a conference phone and a projector as well). We want to create a system for you that can install updates needed in the main office so that the departments can function to their fullest potential. We would also like to implement a state-of-the-art VDI solution in Austin, Texas.
We want to ensure all your needs are met. We want to ensure the VDI solution is working as intended for your company. We want to implement an effective VM hosting, web hosting, and file storage system for your company. All in all, we just want to help you maintain all your new office networking systems.
For Code4Life’s main office, it comes out to a cost of $14,048.60. The New York office comes out to $9,886.88. The San Francisco office comes out to $9,446.51. The Austin, Texas office comes out to $48,048.68. In total, with all four offices combined, it comes out to $81,430.67 with estimates, for the possibility of there being a sale for one or more items.
The WAN (Wide area network) divides each office space by workgroups. So each section of the company (Human resources, Customer service, and Accounting) is separated. The facilities are connected to the Cloud (the internet). Internal network updates will run through each locations servers which are connected to each desktop in each
