Good Morning Julie- I hope your day is going well. I wanted to take a moment to write you and give a follow up on my interview process and where I currently stand. I am very excited about the thought of getting back into the staffing world. With my interaction with Erin, Angela and yourself I have learned a lot about the company and the needs you are looking to fill with in the Cedar Rapids office. The leadership and sales aspect of the role really interest me. I feel like I have a lot to bring to the table for Robert Half in that field. I feel the skills that it has taken me to become such a great recruiter and solider, are the same skills that will make me very successful in this position. When I first started at Aerotek I had no educational or experience in the skill trades or commercial filed. I quickly taught myself the ins and outs so I could grow as a leader in that division. The way I was able to learn was by setting meetings and going on sales meetings, this way I was able to see the industry first hand. While she was gone I set a goal to grow her book of business by 2,500 in weekly spread (gm in Robert Half terms). On top of that I also took over managing 2-4 other recruiters depending on allocation needs that week. I was able to grow her weekly spread by 5,000
