POSITION: Communications Program Manager (S)
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Communications Program Manager will manage all of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation’s communications and ensure adherence to brand standards, standards of professionalism, and a cohesive strategy and look. This position will drive the Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation’s marketing and communications plan, calendar, and activities. This position will serve as a liaison to the Fraternity Marketing and Communications Department and is responsible for upholding Kappa Kappa Gamma’s strategic messaging.

DEPARTMENT(S): The Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation and the Fraternity Marketing and Communications Department
REPORTS TO: The Foundation Executive Director
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field; a minimum of three years of marketing or other related experience; knowledge of the nonprofit field; demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities; and proven experience in developing client relationships and public speaking.

Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills and computer literacy; the ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment; initiative to identify and communicate potential needs or problems; the ability to work independently; experience developing budgets and working with vendors or volunteers; and the ability to travel out of town overnight several times per year.
