What are your daily tasks?
Morning Shift:
Open store, count imprest, complete the planner, check and fill curbside orders, complete cycle counts, complete quick pick, check in vendors, assist customers and fellow colleagues, go to bank for change, face, and make sure the store is stocked (may have more tasks depending on the day or issues with customers).
Night Shift:
Count imprest, complete planner, check and fill curbside orders, complete quick pick, assist customers and fellow colleagues, clean the store, face, make sure pharmacy is good to close, count all drawers, complete night cash duties/reports, count imprest, make sure all customers are gone, and close the store (may have more tasks depending on the day or issues with customers).

How do expect to you apply your academic courses to your internship experience?
Once again, I expect to apply my academic courses into my internship experience by practicing the concepts I learn in class. If I think about and implement the material I use in class, at work I am able to understand why people act the way that they do specifically at CVS Pharmacy. Additionally, I hope to implement what I am learning in Methods of Interviewing to hopefully incite my boss to give me a raise since minimum wage went up and whoever makes more than minimum wage (but barely) is stuck.
Is there anything that your courses didn’t cover that you would find useful?
At this moment in time, I cannot think of anything that my courses did not cover that I would find useful.
What do you expect to be the most challenging aspect of the internship?
The most challenging part of the internship would probably be that Mary, my Manager wants me to work more, but I cannot because school is my number one priority and I need time to do my
