I am interning at PH All Services Corporation, which is a financial, and Real Estate Company. Moreover, the company also has service in income tax and mortgage network. The purpose of the organization is to provide high quality performance in tax return service, full service in real estate and consulting service for customers. My role in the company would be responsible to assist with month-end financial report, data entry, and work with clients to help create the financial plan. The

Action #1: By doing everyday task assignment. Action #2: Try to do some balance sheet, current asset and liabilities. Date for accomplishment: 5th April 2016.

C. How will you and others know you’ve accomplished this objective? In other words, how will your success be measured? Be specific. I would be able to accomplished this goals by try to learn and practice more everyday task about financial report will help me to be more success and develop of understanding. I learn to concentrate on the most important financial statements. By doing so, I will avoid wasting time on unnecessary information or documents. I try to analyst more statement at the same time and make it correctly. On the other hand, I also ask my superior to evaluate and make comments about my ability on the task that I work well.

I will try to communication with others employees to solve problems in business or about the job. I would be able to notice my ability to accomplish the objective through my capability to interact and communicate well with other people in the company.
